Can I bring food to restaurant?

You cannot bring food to restaurant.
If you bring your bottle of wine/champagne to the restaurant,
there will be a charge \4,000 as a corkage.

It the bath of room Hot spring?

Yes, all rooms have private Hot spring bath. Some rooms have Jacuzzi bath as an extra.

Any drink is prepared in mini-bar?

We prepare following drink in a mini-bar.

Sweat Soda【Free】

Can I order a massage to my room?

You may reserve a massage in our Hotel. Please feel free to tell us your order.
Please note that sometimes massage is not available because therapists come from our contract clinic.

Is internet available in a room?

Yes, you may use our Wi-Fi in your room and lobby.

How many people can stay in one room?

At maximum 4 people can stay in the room. Depends on the room, capacity of guests differs between 2 people, 3 people or 4people.

Are there any place for smoking?

Smoking is not available in our hotel except at the Bar"ITO"and the terrace of your room. スパページへ

Can I order Geisha?

No, you cannot order Geisha.
Also you cannot take someone not reserved to your room.

Can my group eat dinner/breakfast toghether?

You may eat dinner/breakfast with your group, though sometimes the room of the restaurant for group people is unavailable. Please tell us when you reserve rooms to check if the suitable seats for the restaurant is available.

Will dinner change if I book 2 nights?

Yes, we will prepare different content for your Japanese course meal if you stay 2 nights. If there is a vacancy in seat for Teppanyaki course meal, you may choose that one too.

Where do we have dinner/breakfast in your hotel?

We prepare your dinner/breakfast at the restaurant “MOMIJI”.

Can I have a special meal?

We will try to prepare as much as possible if you ask us in advance. Please tell us a detail eariler.

I have food allergy/ dislikes; Can you change some content of course meal?

If you tell us your food allergy/dislikes,
we prepare alternatives as much as possible. Please contact us in that case.

What time can I reserve dinner and breakfast?

You may choose time from followings:

Between 6:00pm to 8:30pm

Breakfast　
From 8:00am, 9:30am or 10:00am

Are there towels in Public hot spring?

Yes, those amenities and towels are already prepared in Public hot spring.

Are there lockers at public hot spring?

Yes, there are.

From what time Public Onsen is opened?

It is Opened between 3 p.m to midnight for Check in day.
For check out day, It will open at 6a.m and close at 11a.m .

Can I use your Hot Spring without staying?

No You cannot. Only our guests who reserved for staying can use Hot spring.

Can I stay with my children/baby?

Yes, you may stay in our hotel with your children/baby.

There are restricts at followings with your children.
-Public Onsen, Large Hot spring
Children with diaper cannot use.
-Teppanyaki course meal
Children under 10year old cannot use.

We will stay for celebration. Can we order cake?

Yes, we can prepare cake or a bouquet with a message.
Please tell us a detail of your order when you reserve. 

Can my pets stay together in your hotel?

We are terribly sorry, our hotel are not able to accept animals to our rooms.

Do you have a parking area?

Yes, we have our own parking area for the guests.

Can I order a shuttle bus?

We can take you to our hotel from the nearest train station "Kowakidani-station". Please book a shuttle instead and call us when you arrive at the station.

Can I check in earlier/check out later?

Please ask us your order when you reserve.
It will cost \13,200per one hour.

What is a time for Check in/out?

Check in time is 3p.m.
Check out time is 11a.m.

What is "Spa tax"?

Spa tax is a taxation that is charged to the guests in Hakone who uses a facilities of hot spring. It costs \150 per person over 13 years old.

Can I use credit card for payments?

Yes, you may use credit cards: Visa, Union Pay and etc.
